A beautiful, wooded property atop a dune served as the site for this new modern house in Brewster, MA. Simple forms allow the view and site to take precedence both inside and out. The upside down floor plan maximizes the views of Cape Cod Bay from the main living space and the primary bedroom suite. We designed a variety of outdoor rooms that provide gathering spaces for appreciating the serene site, with an easy flow from inside out.
